VCI Aluminum foil is a kind of obstructing protective material for sealing packing of metal products. It has the function of obstructing performance that dry packing need, and has high physical strength and can be hot sealed. This product can effectively obstruct the air, vapor, dust, corrosive air and sunlight from being into the packed space. If it is used with drier together, it can prevent the packed metal from being rusted in the hermetic space, and can decrease the metamorphosing and aging speed of such nonmetal materials as rubber and. Plastic. This kind of product can be processed into different dimension, such as bag, cover and sheet etc. and can be widely applied for the exporting and long-term sealing packing of full set of machinery and electric products and large components.

Application method

l           Clean the bare metal surface, make necessary surface treatment, such as spraying antirust oil or edge & corner buffering protection

l           Put the metal products on the piece or into the bag made of reinforced aluminum plastic laminated VCI film

l           Put the drier;

l           Put the cover or close the bag,  pushing out the air and seal

l           Put label and outer packing material.

Packing and storage

Packing: packed in wooden case pallet after being sealed.

Storagestore in the cool and dry warehouse,  above ground over 150mm, keep away from the source of fire in tightly close, avoid the contamination of chemicals and corrosive air. The shelf life is 6 months.
