VCI film series are a packaging material extruded and molded by PE resin and VCI resin, utilizing the state-of-art film and VCI technology and involving the specialty technique. VCI film is widely used for various fields such as military industry, metallurgy, machinery, automobile fitting, hardware and tool, etc. VCI film meets American standard MIL-PRF-22019D. It has features of transparent, good barrier, long anticorrosion period and user-friendliness, etc. VCI film is a new generation of packaging material with economic and environmentally friendly properties.

Method of use:
After the metal part is cleaned and dried, it will be packed with VCI film as quickly as possible. Determine use amount of VCI film or adding other anticorrosion material based on different material and the package space. When VCI film is used for cast iron product, the product must be painted with antirust liquid or ultrathin antirust oil to produce initial anticorrosion capability on the products surface.
