Degrease is developed and designed with advanced technology for steel thin sheet or steel tape processing on the complete equipment line.

It can be used as cleaner and light rust remover on metal surface prior to being cold galvanized, hot dip galvanized and coating by way of dipping, spraying, electrolyze. etc. it contain composition with chelating agent and surface active agent etc. react with emulsion and chelating to effectively remove oil, iron  or carbon residues on the metal surface.

Composition:
Adding 80% clear water (40)in the tank where the metal to be treated;
Adding degrease additive into tank in a ratio of 1000L : 20kg, slowly mixing to completely.
Adding clear water to amount required and mixing completely.
Heating to the temperature required.
Refreshing the solution when  stain, ageing, deteriorate come out due to prolong time Application or to expand its life span by using oil-water separator, if necessary changing  the  method of refresh solution.
