Product description

Coat VCI on plain or crepe kraft paper in order to prevent the metal from corrosion, laminate PE film with kraft paper to make it waterproof, print according to customers requirement. VCI paper can be supplied meeting standards of QB1319 or JIS Z 1535.

Metal protected

 steel, copper and copper alloys, aluminium and aluminium alloys, galvanizing passivation steel plate, tinned steel sheet etc. For other non-ferrous metal, such as lead, magnesium, zinc etc, should do test firstly.

Application

VCI paper is widely applied in military, machine, auto parts, electron and hardware industries. Clean and dry metal parts before storage and transportation, then totally cover the each part with VCI paper(the using acreage of VCI paper is almost the same as metal exterior acreage). Or take VCI paper as liner and separating layer to adopt whole packing. If the outer packing is not waterproof, suggest to use VCI paper laminated with PE and seal with adhesive tape.

 Packing

 Standard size is width of 787mm and 1020mm,30kg/roll.
 Storage in dry, shade and cool place.
 Tightly sealing, avoid broken of original packing.
 Shelf life is 1 year since leaving factory .
